About Julia Jones Botanic Art

Julia Jones' Botanic Art is closely associated with the charitable association 'Flowers of Crete' which exists to promote awareness of the need for conservation and protection of the unque flora of the island.  During the Spring and Summer months botanical exhibitions are held around Crete and Julia is available for trips, talks and slideshows both in Greece and around the world.
Have fun and learn to draw and paint as part of your holiday on the beautiful island of Crete. Courses run for one or two days, one or two weeks and are held at Corali Apartments in Elounda town or in the relaxed setting of the Orthodox Academy of Crete in Kolymbari close to the picturesque town of Hania. Julia is an experienced teacher and lecturer with around forty years experience in the public and private sectors in the UK. She has developed a method of teaching art which frees the mind to produce excellent results and is committed to eco and green tourism..
Classes are small, relaxed and informal. Subject to availability, Julia is able to offer one-to-one tutorials at your hotel or apartment.
All materials are provided, so all you have to do is book your course and enjoy the results.
